基于跨理论模型的吞咽功能训练对喉癌术后功能恢复的影响

目的探讨基于跨理论模型的吞咽功能训练对喉癌术后功能恢复的安全性和有效性。方法选取2016年1月至2019年3月收治的108例择期喉癌手术患者,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于跨理论模型的吞咽功能训练。比较两组咽喉功能恢复情况和不良事件发生率。结果研究组洼田饮水试验I级占比明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组呛咳、吸入性肺炎、窒息的不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喉癌术后患者实施基于跨理论模型的吞咽功能训练,可有效促进吞咽功能恢复,减少由于吞咽功能障碍导致并发症发生,具有临床推广价值。

Effect of swallowing function training based on cross-theoretical model for functional recovery of laryngeal cancer after surgery

Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of swallowing function training based on cross-theoretical model for functional recovery of laryngeal cancer after surgery.Methods We selected 108 cases of patients with elective laryngeal cancer who were treated from January 2016 to March2019.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The control group received routine nursing.The study group performed a swallowing function training based on a cross-theoretical model.training.The recovery of throat function and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of Grade I water swallow test in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the total incidence rate of adverse events of cough,aspiration pneumonia,and asphyxia in the study group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The swallowing function training based on cross-theoretical model for functional recovery of laryngeal cancer after surgery could effectively promote swallowing function recovery and reduce complications due to swallowing dysfunction.Therefore,it has clinical promotion value.
