正中神经电刺激联合多维康复护理对颅内动脉瘤手术促醒效果及康复状况的影响

目的探讨正中神经电刺激联合多维康复护理对颅内动脉瘤手术促醒效果及康复状况的影响。方法选择我院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的颅内动脉瘤手术患者88例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施正中神经电刺激联合多维康复护理,比较两组的促醒效果及术后康复状况。结果观察组术后促醒有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),术后恢复状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正中神经电刺激联合多维康复护理在颅内动脉瘤手术中的应用,能改善术后促醒效果,促进术后康复,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of applying median electric nerve stimulation combined with multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing for awakening effect and rehabilitation status of intracranial aneurysm surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of median electric nerve stimulation combined with multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing for awakening effect and rehabilitation status of intracranial aneurysm surgery.Methods To 88 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given median electric nerve stimulation combined with multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing based on the control group to compare the awakening effect and postoperative rehabilitation status of the two groups.Results The postoperative effective rate of awakening in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative rehabilitation status in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of median electrical nerve stimulation combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing in intracranial aneurysm surgery could improve the postoperative awakening effect and promote postoperative recovery,which was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
