临床护士导尿管相关尿路感染预防知信行调查及影响因素分析

目的调查临床护士导尿管相关尿路感染(CAUTI)预防知识、态度、行为现状,分析其影响因素。方法选取我院2018年8月在岗的737名临床护士作为研究对象,采用姜文彬等编制的导尿管相关尿路感染预防知信行量表调查临床护士CAUTI预防知识、态度、行为现状,并分析其影响因素。结果临床护士在知识-留置导尿适应证维度得分率最高83.79%、最低47.35%;知识-CAUTI预防策略维度得分率最高93.66%、最低39.08%;态度维度得分率最高93.49%、最低60.69%;CAUTI预防行为维度得分率最高97.86%、最低38.26%。知识获取途径和是否接受培训是影响临床护士CAUTI预防知信行的主要因素。结论临床护士CAUTI预防知识水平较低,临床依从性较差,但态度比较积极,护理管理者应及时更新留置导尿护理常规和质量评价标准,加强临床护士培训并督导其在护理实践中落实,以提高留置导尿管的护理质量。

Investigation on the knowledge,attitude,and practice of catheter-associated urinary tract infections prevention in clinical nurse and analysis of its influencing factors

Objective To investigate the current situation of knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)of catheter-associated urinary tract infections(CAUTI)prevention in clinical nurse and analysis of its influencing factors.Methods To select 737 clinical nurses in our hospital in August 2018 as the study objects.The catheter-related urinary tract infection prevention KAP scale compiled by Jiang Wenbin was used to investigate the current status of clinical nurses for CAUTI prevention to analyze the influencing factors.Results The clinical nurses had the highest score of 83.79%and the lowest 47.35%in the knowledge-indwelling catheterization dimension,the highest score of 93.66%and the lowest 39.08%in the knowledge-CAUTI prevention strategy dimension,the highest score of 93.49%and the lowest 60.69%in the attitude dimension,and in the CAUTI prevention behavior dimension,the score rate was highest 97.86%,lowest 38.26%.The knowledge acquisition methods and whether to receive training were the main factors that affected clinical nurses'CAUTI prevention.Conclusion The clinical nurses had a low level of prevention knowledge and poor clinical compliance,but their attitudes were relatively positive,the nursing managers should update the routine and quality evaluation standards of indwelling catheterization care in a timely manner,strengthen clinical nurse's training and supervise their implementation in nursing practice to improve the quality of care for indwelling catheters.
