快速康复外科护理在宫颈癌患者围术期的应用

目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)护理在宫颈癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月本院收治的宫颈癌手术患者122例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和FTS组,对照组围术期给予常规护理,FTS组在对照组的基础上行FTS护理干预。观察两组患者在住院期间的治疗和恢复情况、疼痛评分、术后并发症。结果FTS组患者手术时间、术后住院时间、恢复下床活动时间、恢复正常饮食时间及肛门排气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FTS组术后并发症发生率为11.47%,低于对照组的26.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理可缩短宫颈癌患者围术期住院时间,降低患者术后疼痛程度及术后并发症,促进术后康复。

Application of fast track surgery nursing in patients with cervical cancer during perioperative period

Objective To explore the application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)nursing in patients with cervical cancer during perioperative period.Methods To select 122 cases of patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a FTS group.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the FTS group was given FTS nursing intervention based on the control group.The situations of treatment and recovery,pain score,and postoperative complications of patients of the two groups in hospitalization time were observed.Results The operation time,postoperative hospitalization time,time to get out of bed,time to return to normal diet and time to anal exhaust in the FTS group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the FTS group was 11.47%,which was lower than the 26.23%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of FTS nursing could shorten the perioperative hospitalization time of patients with cervical cancer,reduce the postoperative pain and postoperative complications,and promote postoperative recovery.
