经皮电刺激干预联合多维康复护理对肺癌化疗患者肺功能康复及胃肠道反应的影响

目的探讨经皮电刺激干预联合多维康复护理对肺癌化疗患者肺功能康复及胃肠道反应的影响。方法选择我院2016年5月至2018年5月收治的肺癌化疗患者80例为研究对象,按入院顺序将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用经皮电刺激干预联合多维康复护理。比较两组患者肺功能康复效果及胃肠道反应状况。结果观察组恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值、最大自主通气量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮电刺激干预联合多维康复护理在肺癌化疗患者中应用能促进肺功能康复,缓解胃肠道反应。

Effects of applying percutaneous electrical stimulation intervention combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing for pulmonary function rehabilitation and gastrointestinal response of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy

Objective To explore the effects of percutaneous electrical stimulation intervention combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing for pulmonary function rehabilitation and gastrointestinal response of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group in the order of admission.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group used percutaneous electrical stimulation intervention combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing to compare the effect of pulmonary function rehabilitation and gastrointestinal reaction between patients of the two groups.Results The incidence rate of nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain,and diarrhea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second,ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second in forced vital capacity,and maximal voluntary ventilation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of percutaneous electrical stimulation combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing for patients with lung cancer chemotherapy coudl promote pulmonary function recovery and relieve gastrointestinal reactions.
