角色标准化递进护理模式在高龄产妇无痛分娩中的应用

目的探讨角色标准化递进护理模式在高龄初产妇无痛分娩中的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年3月至2019年2月就诊的80例高龄行无痛分娩产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将产妇等分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规产科护理,观察组实施角色标准化递进护理模式。比较两组产妇分娩效能及产后抑郁发生情况。结果观察组产妇结果效能、期望效能及分娩效能总分均明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组产妇产后42 d的爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分显著低于对照组及本组入院时(P <0. 05);观察组产后抑郁发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论角色标准化递进护理模式用于高龄产妇无痛分娩者,能够有效提升产妇分娩效能,降低产妇产后抑郁程度及产后抑郁发病风险。

Application of role-standardized progressive nursing model in painless parturition of elderly parturient women

Objective To explore the application effect of role-standardized progressive nursing model in painless parturition of elderly primipara.Methods To select 80 cases of elderly parturient women undergoing painless parturition in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 as the study objects. The random number table method was used to divide the parturient women into an observation group and a control group,and the control group received routine obstetric care. The group implements a role-standardized progressive nursing model. The delivery efficiency and postpartum depression of parturient women were compared between the two groups. Results The total scores of maternal outcome efficacy,expected efficacy,and delivery efficacy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05);the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale( EPDS) scores of the observation group at 42 days after delivery were significantly lower than those in the control group and when the group was admitted to hospital( P < 0. 05);the incidence of postpartum depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of role-standardized progressive nursing model for elderly parturient women with painless parturition could effectively improve the delivery efficiency of parturient women,reduce the degree of postpartum depression and the risk of postpartum depression.
