D型人格对2型糖尿病患者自我效能的影响研究

目的调查D型人格对2型糖尿病患者自我效能的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取200例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、D型人格量表和糖尿病自我效能问卷进行调查。结果 2型糖尿病患者自我效能总分为(29.51±5.93)分,D型人格患者84例,占42.0%;D型人格患者自我效能总分及饮食效能和病情控制效能维度得分均低于非D型人格患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示,性别、是否为D型人格是自我效能的影响因素。结论 D型人格2型糖尿病患者自我效能较低,需重视D型人格患者心理特征,及早识别并合理疏导,提高其自我效能。

Study on effect of type D personality on self -efficacy of patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the effect of type D personality on self-efficacy of patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method Choose 200 patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus by convenient sampling. Investigate them by general information questionnaire, Type D Personality Scale(DS) and diabetes self-efficacy questionnaire. Result Total score on self-efficacy of patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus is(29.51±5.93), among which 84(42.0%) patients are with type D personality. Total score on self-efficacy and scores on dimensions of diet control efficacy and disease control efficacy are lower for patients with type D personality than patients with non-type D personality, the difference is significant(P<0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that gender and type D personality are influencing factors of self-efficacy. Conclusion Patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus and type D personality have low self-efficacy. Pay attention to psychological characteristics of type D personality, recognize it earlier and give reasonable guidance to improve their self-efficacy.
