耳穴压豆联合疼痛护理在混合痔患者手术中的应用

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合疼痛护理在混合痔患者手术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年4月就诊于我院的80例混合痔手术患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和研究组。对照组行常规护理与口服双氯芬酸钾片止痛,研究组行耳穴压豆联合疼痛护理。比较两组的治疗情况、疼痛程度和并发症发生率。结果研究组疼痛消失、水肿消退、首次排尿及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后6 h、12 h、1 d、2 d、3 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)得分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论混合痔手术采取耳穴压豆联合疼痛护理的效果较好,可有效缩短住院时间,缓解疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,促进康复。

Application of ear point pressing bean combined with pain nursing in operation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids

Objective To explore the application effect of ear point pressing bean combined with pain nursing in operation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group received routine nursing and oral diclofenac potassium tablets to relieve pain,and the study group received ear point pressing bean combined with pain nursing.The treatment conditions,pain levels and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The pain in the study group disappeared,the edema subsided,the first time to urinate,and the hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the study group at 6 h,12 h,1 d,2 d,and 3 d after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ear point pressing bean combined with pain nursing in operation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids had a better effect,which can effectively shorten the hospital stay,relieve pain,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and promote recovery.
