系统化口周康复训练对REG1A表达阳性鼻咽癌放疗后并发症的预防作用

目的探讨系统化口周康复训练对REG1A表达阳性鼻咽癌放疗后并发症的预防作用。方法选择我院2016年6月至2019年6月收治的REG1A表达阳性鼻咽癌放疗后患者86例作为研究对象,按干预方法的不同分为对照组42例和观察组44例,对照组采用常规健康教育干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用系统化口周康复训练。观察两组干预后3个月的睡眠质量、生活质量、吞咽功能、康复锻炼依从性、护理满意度及并发症发生率情况。结果观察组鼻咽癌生活质量评分总分、吞咽功能GUSS评分、康复锻炼依从性及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),而睡眠质量评分总分和并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对REG1A表达阳性鼻咽癌放疗患者进行系统化口周康复训练可有效预防其并发症的发生,同时对其吞咽功能、睡眠质量和生活质量均有改善作用。

Preventive effect of complications by applying systematic perioral rehabilitation training for REG1A -positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy

Objective To explore the preventive effect of complications by applying systematic perioral rehabilitation training for REG1A-positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods To select 86 cases of patients with REG1A-positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 after radiotherapy as the study objects.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into 42 cases in a control group and 44 cases in an observation group.The control group adopted routine health education intervention,and the observation group adopted systematic perioral rehabilitation training based on routine nursing to observe the sleep quality,quality of life,swallowing function,compliance with rehabilitation exercises,nursing satisfaction and incidence rate of complications at 3 months after intervention in both groups.Results The total score of quality of life of nasopharyngeal cancer,GUSS score of swallowing function,compliance with rehabilitation exercise and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of sleep quality and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic perioral rehabilitation training for patients with REG1A positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy can effectively prevent the occurrence of its complications,and at the same time improve its swallowing function,sleep quality and quality of life.
