围术期临床护理路径在冠心病行冠状动脉支架置入术中的应用

目的探讨围术期临床护理路径对冠心病行冠状动脉支架置入术患者术后并发症发生率及生命质量的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的120例冠心病行冠状动脉支架置入术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其等分为对照组与研究组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施围术期临床护理路径,对比两组患者并发症发生率、生命质量评分。结果研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后3个月,研究组生命质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉支架置入术过程中实施围术期临床护理路径,能减少术后各种并发症的发生,提升患者心功能恢复效果,提高生命质量。

Application of perioperative clinical nursing pathway in coronary artery stenting of coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative clinical nursing pathway on the incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing coronary artery stenting.Methods We selected 120 cases of patients with coronary heart disease who underwent coronary artery stenting in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,the study group performed perioperative clinical nursing pathway to compare the incidence of complications and quality of life scores between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the study group was better than that in the control group at 3 months after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative clinical nursing pathway during the period of coronary artery stenting could reduce the incidence of various complications after surgery,improve the effect of heart function recovery and improve the quality of life of patients.
