| 摘 要： | 多囊卵巢综合征是一种发病多因性,一临床表现多态性的综合征,病程久,远期并发症多,治疗棘手.本文从病因病机,辨证治疗及证型与内分泌指标的相关性等几个方面对PCOS进行探讨,认为现在亟需解决的是对PCOS的证候证型进行规范化,及探讨证型与内分泌指标有无相关性.
