| 摘 要： | 随着重大灾害的的频繁发生，造成群死群伤的严重后果与医院应急资源分配的矛盾也日益突出，结合我院在应急救治的特点，医院急诊体系在灾害救治中占有主要的作用，总的原则为：整合医疗资源，优化管理模式，加强应急演练。包括组建医院应急救治工作指挥系统；加强医疗资源机动配置；制定并演练批量伤病员急救流程等。这些措施是医院急诊体系能在大灾害面前起到排头兵的关键，也是能否减少灾害引起人员伤亡的关键所在。

| Abstract: | With disaster occurring frequency, the contradiction between severe consequence of mass death as well as wound and resource allocation of hospital emergency system is markedly increased. Based on the feature of hospital together with our experiences, hospital emergency system plays an important role in the management of disaster rescue. The genral principle was to integrate medical resource, optimize management mode and strengthen emergency training, including building the chain of command of hospital, enhancing mobile configuration of medical resource, establishing and training emergency flow of batch wounds. These measures related to hospital emergency system might play important roles in disaster rescure with reduced casualties caused by disasters. |
