益气养阴活血法对糖尿病大鼠额叶皮质神经元NT-3表达的影响

摘    要:目的探讨益气养阴活血法对糖尿病大鼠额叶皮质神经元神经营养因子3(NT-3)表达的影响。方法用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱发糖尿病大鼠模型,益气养阴活血药灌胃给药进行防治,8周后取脑做NT-3免疫组化染色。结果正常对照组大鼠额叶皮质内NT-3阳性神经元数目多,染色深;糖尿病模型组大鼠额叶皮质内NT-3阳性神经元数目少,染色浅;益气养阴活血法治疗组大鼠数目和染色与正常组大鼠接近。结论益气养阴活血法具有防治糖尿病大鼠额叶皮质神经元退行性变的功效。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effects of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue principle on the expression of neurotrophin-3 of the frontal lobe cortex neurons in diabetic rat brain. Methods The diabetic rat model was produced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ).The Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue drugs was poured into the stomach of the treated group. The brains were taken and the expression of neurotrophin-3 was estimated with immunochemistry 8 weeks later. Results Immunochemistry showed that there were many positive cells in the frontal lobe cortex of the normal group and they were deeply dyed.Positive cells of the model group decreased and their color was shallow .The number and the color of positive cells in the treated group were close to that of the normal group. Conclusion The Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue principle can effectively improve the degenerating of the frontal lobe cortex neurons in diabetic rat brain.
