| Abstract: | After the current digital reference service in hospital libraries was analyzed in terms of its invested capital, technological support and service-providing means, the author pointed out that digital reference service could economize human power resource and provide different kinds of convenient service. Some specific measures were put forward for its improvement in hospital libraries. |
