医疗事故技术鉴定中医疗争议的构成分析

目的为医疗管理部门制定医疗纠纷预防方案提供参考依据。方法普查和横断面研究。结果有43.8%的医疗纠纷被省级医学会鉴定为医疗事故;医疗事故中医疗过失与疾病本身对损害后果的参与度大致相等;误诊误治(49.7%)等医疗技术方面的过失仍是当前引发医疗事故的主要原因;绝大多数的医疗过失行为(80.9%)发生在手术科室,尤以妇产科(36.8%)、骨科(31.9%)和普外科(16.0%)常见;侵犯患者知情同意权的现象比较多见;患方对属于疾病自然转归等医学知识认识不足是非医疗事故医疗纠纷的重要原因。结论对医疗争议的构成特征进行分析,能够为医疗质量管理指明方向。

The analysis on the constitution of medical dispute in the identification of medical technology

Objective To provide references for a prophylactic scheme of medical dispute enacted by the department of medical management.Methods census and cross-sectional study.Results 1.Approximately 43.8% of medical dispute cases are appraised as malpractices by the provincial Institute of Medicine.2.the degree of participation harming to the patients devoted by malpractices and diseases are approximately equal in the medical malpractices.3.At present the main reason of causing medical malpractices are still medical technical faults such as misdiagnosis and mistreatment(49.7%).4.The most malpractices(80.9%) occur in surgical departments,especially frequent in department of gynaecology and obstetrics(36.8%),orthopedics(31.9%)and the common surgery(16.0%)so on.5.The patients' right of consented information is often offended.6.The medical tangles which would not be appraised as medical malpractice primarily caused by the plaintiff who lacking of medical knowledge especially can not cognize the laws of the disease enough.Conclusion The analyzing on the characteristics of constitution about disputed can make a direction for management on medical quality.
