内镜下Lugol液染色诊断早期食管癌及不典型增生

目的探讨内镜下Lugol液染色对早期食管癌及非典型增生的诊断价值。方法112例患者经内镜下将Lugol液喷洒在可疑食管黏膜上,在不着色或淡染区进行病理检查。结果112例患者中有102例呈阳性,其中早期食管癌5例,进展期食管癌2例,均呈完全不着色像;不典型增生56例,呈不同程度的淡染或不染色像,其中重度不典型增生8例,均呈不染色像;慢性炎症39例,呈不同程度的浅染色像。结论内镜下Lugol液染色对诊断早期食管癌及非典型增生有重要价值。

Endoscopic Lugol's Iodine Staining for Diagnosis of Early Esophageal Cancer and Atypical Hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of lugol's iodine staining under endoscopy for early esophageal cancer and atypical hyperplasia.Method Lugol's iodine was sprayed on the suspected esophageal mucosa from 112 cases through endoscopy,and multiple biopsy was taken for pathology detection from unstained or lightly stained areas.Results 102 cases were positive in 112 cases.7 cases of esophageal cancer had no staining,which included 5 cases of early esophageal cancer and 2 cases of progressive esophageal cancer.56 cases of atypical hyperplasia had different levels of light staining or no staining,and among them,8 cases of severe atypical hyperplasia had no staining.39 cases of chronic inflammation had different levels of light staining.Conclusions Endoscopic staining is valuable in the diagnosis of early esophageal cancer and atypical hyperplasia.
