无创双水平正压通气治疗急性重症哮喘

目的:观察无创双水平正压通气(BiPAP)治疗急性重症哮喘的疗效及安全性。方法:50例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组25例,对照组25例,两组均按常规给予综合治疗,包括抗感染,支气管扩张剂,糖皮质激素及补液纠正电解质酸碱平衡紊乱等,治疗组同时予鼻(面)罩BiPAP通气治疗,采取美国生产BiPAP vision呼吸机S/T模式,观察两组治疗前后患者临床征象,动脉血气分析等指标的变化。结果:经BiPAP治疗后,治疗组各项指标与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:无创双水平正压通气是治疗急性重症哮喘的有效且安全的方法,同时可减少并发症,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the method and the curative effect of Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure Ventilation treatment acute critically asthma.Methods:50 example bronchial tube asthma patient divides into the treatment group 25 examples stochastically,the control group 25 examples,two groups press the conventional complex therapy,including the anti-infection,the bronchial tube relaxant,the sugar cortical hormone and the fluid infusion correction electrolyte acid-base equilibrium disorder and so on,the treatment group simultaneously gives the nose(surface)to cover the BiPAP ventilation treatment,adopts American Great Kang Company to produce BiPAP vision life-support machine S/T mode.Around the pattern,observes two groups to treat the patient clinical sign,target and so on artery courage vigor analysis changes.Results:After the BiPAP treatment,treatment group each target and the control group comparison have the remarkable difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Not creates the double horizontal positive pressure ventilation is treatment acute critically ill asthma effective also the safe method,simultaneously may reduce the complication,is worth the clinical promotion.
