| 摘 要： | 本文首次对安徽省1984～1987年家鼠型与野鼠型肾综合征出血热的流行病学进行了比较研究。结果表明,两种类型出血热的流行高峰、性别、职业分布、感染场所,疫区中健康人群的隐性感染率、传染源及临床特点等,均不相同。并提出了相应的针对性预防对策。

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDIES ON HEMORRHAGICAL FEVER WITH RENAL SYNDROME (HFRS) OF HOUSE RATS-TYPE AND WILD MICE-TYPE |

| Abstract: | From 1984 to 1987, the contrasting studies about the epidemiologic feature of HFRS of house rats-type and wild mice-type were carried out with immunofluorescent assay (IFA) and epidemiologic investigation for the first time in Anhui Province. The results showed that, the seasonal peaks, the sex and profession distubation, the infectious place, the inapparent infection rate of HFRS of healthy population in HFRS endemic area, the predominant reservoir and clinical manifestation were all different between the two types of HFRS. We suggest, therefore, shat the preventive measures for the two individual types of HFRS must be carried out accordingly. |
