| 摘 要： | 本文报道瓜蒌注射液(终末浓度125～250mg/ml)和心得安(1～2μmol)在体外实验中,能明显抑制ADP或AA诱导的家兔血小板聚集性和TXA_2合成释放反应。

| Abstract: | Reported were the effects of trichosanthes injection and propranolol on aggregation and TAX_2 generation of platelet in vitro. The results show that the ADP or AA induced platelet aggregation and TAX_2 biosynthesis and release in rabbits were significantly inhibited by trichosanthes and porpranolol in the final concentration 125～250mg/ml and 1～2μmol respectively. |
