| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性肿瘤贫血患者外周血象的变化及临床意义。方法用全自动血细胞分析仪检测46例恶性肿瘤贫血患者,52例恶性肿瘤非贫血患者及50例健康人群的血常规指标。结果恶性肿瘤贫血患者表现为MCV正常/RDW升高,RDW明显高于恶性肿瘤非贫血组和正常对照组,MCV在正常范围,但低于恶性肿瘤非贫血组和正常对照组,有显著性差异。恶性肿瘤患者外周血象表现以白细胞总数升高,中性粒细胞百分比升高和淋巴细胞百分比降低多见,血小板总数、MPV、PDW比正常对照组高。结论外周血象的变化对恶性肿瘤患者有一定的临床参考价值,MCV/RDW的变化能较好地反映其贫血病因学的改变。
