医科大学新生人际关系与心理健康关系研究

目的探讨医科大学新生人际关系与心理健康的关系,为医科大学新生的心理健康教育与辅导提供新的思路和方法。方法采用"大学生人际关系量表"和"症状自评量表(SCL-90)",测试了某医科大学2006年入学的新生,并进行相关分析。结果受人际关系困扰的学生总检出率为39.15%,心理健康状况的一般分析表明有8.47%的学生存在比较严重的心理问题,76.72%的学生有轻度的心理问题;医科大学新生的人际关系与心理健康呈显著的正相关(r=0.401)。对医科大学新生心理健康影响最大的是交谈困扰,其次是交际交友困扰。结论改善医科大学新生的人际关系有助于提高其心理健康水平。

Association Between Interpersonal Relationship and Mental Health of Medical University Freshmen

Objective To study the association between interpersonal relationship and mental health of medical university freshmen in order to provide thoughts and method for their psychological health education.Methods By using "College Students' Interpersonal Relationships Scale" and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),we evaluated the interpersonal relationship and mental health of 378 freshmen from a medical university and made a detailed analysis.Results The total detectable rate of interpersonal relationship problems was(39.15%);the general analysis of mental health condition indicated that(8.47%) of the students had relatively serious psychological problems and(76.72%) of the students had mild psychological problems.All the factors of interpersonal relationship were positively correlated with the factors of mental health significantly(r=(0.401)).The mental health of medical freshmen was most influenced by problems in talking,followed by communication and friend making.Conclusion Improving the interpersonal relationship of medical freshmen helps upgrade their psychological health level.
