恶性肿瘤组织的端粒酶活性分析

目的 :检测端粒酶活性在恶性肿瘤和良性肿瘤及正常组织的表达 ,以探讨端粒酶活性对恶性肿瘤检测的意义。方法 :采用端粒重复序列扩增分析法 (telomericrepeatamplificationprotocolassay ,TRAP)检测 87例恶性肿瘤和 4 7例对照组织中端粒酶的活性。结果 :恶性肿瘤端粒酶活性阳性检出 85 .0 6 % (74 / 87) ,明显高于对照组织 ,(P<0 .0 1) ;端粒酶活性与组织类型无明显相关性。结论 :与对照组织相比 ,恶性肿瘤组织中端粒酶活性明显升高 ,端粒酶活性可能作为恶性肿瘤检测的一个重要指标

Analysis of Telomerase Activity in Malignancy

Objective: Detect the expression of the telomerase activity in malignancy, benign tumor and normal tissues to elucidate its significance in the detection of carcinogensis. Methods: Telomerase activity of 87 maligant tissues and 47 control tissues was detected using the telomeric repeat amplification protocol assay(TRAP). Results: The positive detection rate of telomerase activity in malignancy, 85.06%(74/87), was significantly much higher than that of control tissues, 10.64%(5/47), P<0.01. And the tolermase activity has no significant correlation among tissues differentiation type. Conclusion: The telomerase activity in malignant tissues was significantly increased, compared to that of control tissues, therefore might be an important guideline as the detection of malignant tissues.
