鼻窦内窥镜下鼻腔鼻窦手术

目的 :探讨鼻窦内窥镜技术在外科治疗鼻腔鼻窦疾病上的可行性。方法 :经由鼻窦镜治疗鼻窦炎 ,鼻息肉 ,鼻中隔偏曲 ,肥厚型鼻炎 ,上颌窦囊肿 ,上颌窦出血坏死性息肉 ,鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤 ,顽固性鼻出血 ,早期鼻中隔鳞癌等 2 36例。结果 :2 36例均顺利完成手术。鼻窦炎、鼻息肉 130例中随访 97例 ,治愈好转 86例 ;鼻中隔偏曲 72例次 ,治愈率达 97%;肥厚型鼻炎 5 2例次 ,1次治愈率达 95 %;鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤及出血坏死性息肉 8例 ,上颌窦囊肿 5例 ,顽固性鼻出血 3例 ,早期鼻中隔鳞癌 1例 ,均顺利完成手术 ,随访 2～ 3年均未见复发。结论 :鼻窦内窥镜下鼻腔鼻窦手术可用于包括早期局限性鼻腔恶性肿瘤在内的各种鼻腔鼻窦疾病。

Endoscopic sinus surgery for nasal sinus and nasal cavity

Objective:To study the application of endoscopic sinus surgery in the disease of accessory nasal sinuses and nasal cavity.Method:236 patients with sinusitis,nasal polyp,deviation of nasal septum, hypertrophic rhinitis,maxillary sinus cyst,hemorhoye polyp,imverting papilloma,nosebleed,early squamous epithelial cell carcinoma of nasal septum were treated by endoscopic sinus surgery.Results:Among the 130 cases of sinusitis and nasal polyp, 91 cases were followed up, 86 cases were cured or improved.The cure rate of 72 cases of deviation of nasal septum was 97% , of 52 cases of hypertrophic rhinitis was 95%; other cases were completed operation successfully without recurrence for 2 to 3 years.Conclusion:The endoscopic sinus surgery can be used to treat kinds of sinus and nasal cavity diseases including early carcinoma .
