中西医结合治疗肺心病疗效观察

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗肺源性心脏病的临床疗效。[方法]116例肺心病患者随机分为三组:A组(西医组)38例采用西医常规治疗,B组(中医组)36例以补肺脾肾、益肺温阳、祛痰化瘀中药治疗,C组(中西医结合组)42例在抗感染、吸氧、纠正水/电解质平衡基础上加用参麦与灯盏花素注射液静滴;比较各组临床疗效和血液流变学指标改善情况。[结果]C组总有效率95.24%,与A组(68.42%)和B组(75.0%)比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。且在临床症状和体征改善方面也明显优于其它两组。[结论]中西医结合治疗肺心脏病有利于改善血气分析指标,疗效确切。
