| Abstract: | Reviewing the process on opening health services market, the developme nt trends are discussed: to form the equal competence between the benefited hea lth institutions and the non-benefited ones, to trigger the struggle in the hea lth market with the operation of non-benefited hospitals in large scale funded by the non-mainland sectors, to take the international practice, and to build up the human-focused and market-oriented model and idea. |
