摘    要:目的优化冬虫夏草多糖的提取工艺.方法采用正交实验设计,以多糖量为指标,优化冬虫夏草多糖水提取和醇沉淀工艺.结果冬虫夏草多糖水提取最佳条件:加水量10:l,提取时间0.5 h,提取次数3次;醇沉淀最佳条件:水提液浓度0.5 g生药/ml,醇浓度67%,醇沉方式流入.结论优化的冬虫夏草多糖水提醇沉工艺简便、合理、可行.

Abstract:Aim To select the optimum extracting procedure for polysaccharide from cordyceps sinensis. Methods The optimum extracting procedure was selected with the content from cordyceps sinensis by orthogonal test design. Reslts The optimum extracting procedure was determined with 10 times of water decocting 0.5 h and 3 times, and the solution were concetrated to 0.5 g cordyceps sinensis per milliliter andrecipitated with 67% alcohol. Conclusion The optimum extracting procedure was simple, resonable and reliable.
