基于B／S架构的科技文献管理系统的研制与开发

科技文献在整个科研活动中占有重要的比例，对科技文献的归档管理不仅要对其进行常规的检索与查询，还要包括统计、汇总、分析、评价和反馈等多方面的内容。系统通过对科技文献的网上直报、审核、归档、管理、统计、分析和反馈，满足了对数据采集、日常管理、数据分析和结果反馈等功能，通过建立起医学科技文献数据库，最终实现对科技文献的数字化管理。此外系统还包括对科技人才管理，支持对科研项目的目标考核，以适应管理需要。系统采用B／S架构研发科技文献管理系统具有软件部署灵活、便捷和易于维护，能方便用户从不同地点访问数据库，通过控制管理访问权限，能够有效地保护数据运行的安全。
