| 摘 要： | 庆大霉素是一种耳毒性药物,能够导致感音神经性聋。耳毒性药物中毒性聋与氧自由基增多密切相关,且氧自由基参与了耳蜗组织损伤及耳蜗细胞凋亡的过程。豆科植物葛根中分离出的葛根素是异黄酮类有效成分,其可直接清除氧自由基。用药物有效拮抗庆大霉素的耳毒性越来越为人们所重视。因此,用庆大霉素制作耳毒性动物模型,来探讨葛根素注射液对庆大霉素引起的耳蜗毒性的防护作用。
