Bicon系统治疗缺失牙操作中的护理配合

目的新型骨水平牙种植体（Bieon）的出现，使得许多缺牙患者避免了复杂的植骨手术，具有很好的应用前景。但其手术过程与常规牙种植系统有着较大差异，临床护理也有明显的不同。本文旨在对其植入手术的临床护理进行探讨，以规范手术操作。方法采用Bicon种植系统，对76例患者进行了121颗种植体的植人手术。总结手术的护理配合方法，分析术前、术中、术后护理配合的要点和重点，以及术后并发症的预防及处理。结果76例患者术后伤口愈合良好，无种植体脱落及并发感染。结论通过对手术的临床护理进行调整与改进，新型骨水平种植体完全可以获得良好的临床疗效。

Nursing assistance of a novel bone-level implant system

Objective The emergence of Bicon system,a novel bone level dental implant,keeps edentulous patients away from many complicated bone grafting procedures.But the surgery is quite different from classic systems as well as the nursing assistance.The aim of the research is to discuss the nursing assistance of Bicon implant system so as to standardize the surgeries.Methods We studied 121 implant surgeries of 76 patients using Bicon implant system and summarized methods of the nursing assistance of these surgeries.We then analyzed key points during preoperative,intraoperative and post operative nursing care as well as the prevention and management of postoperative complications in assistance to implant surgeries.Results All of the 76 patients being investigated recovered well after surgery.Neither loss of implant nor infection has been reported.Conclusions With modified assistance of nursing care,favorable clinical effect with Bicon implant system could be achieved.
