摘    要:目的加强护理重点环节质量监控,提高护理安全管理质量。方法将护理工作中高危险性、高频率性、有问题倾向性、高成本性等护理工作纳入监控范围,制定护理重点环节质量监控计划、监控方法、监控指标及其阈值,并对每个监控项目制定出质量考核标准。结果2010年不良事件的发生率较2009年下降65.63%,护理重点环节质量监控项目由8项增加到60项,达标阈值由65%上升到88.9%;2009年高危性工作3项,2010年高危性工作22项,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.00,P〈0.05)。结论加强重点环节质量监控可有效提高护理人员安全意识,减少不良事件的发生,提升护理质量。

Abstract:Objective To strengthen nursing key points and improve the quality of nursing safety management.Methods To bring high risk,high frequency,problem tendentiousness and high cost nursing work into monitoring range,formulate nursing quality control plans,monitoring methods,monitoring indexs and threshold,and develop quality assessment standard for each project.Results the incidence of adverse events in 2010 declined by 65.63% than in 2009.The projects of nursing key link quality monitoring increased from 8 to 60,the standard threshold increased from 65% up to 88.9%.There were 3 cases at high risk of work in 2009,and 22 cases at high risk of work in 2010,the difference was statistically significant(x2 =22.00,P <0.05).Conclusions To strengthen key link quality monitoring can effectively enhance the nurse safety awareness,reduce adverse events and enhance nursing quality.
