| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗性沟通系统对无陪护患者焦虑等症状的缓解及对护理工作满意度的影响。方法采用随机取样方法取样，分为干预组60例和对照组60例。干预组在常规护理及临床一般沟通的基础上给予治疗性沟通，对照组给予常规护理及临床一般沟通。结果经过干预后干预组患者焦虑评分为（32．26±8．11）分，明显低于对照组，组见比较差异具有统计学意义（t=3．425，P=0．003）。干预组对护理工作满意度高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（Z=3．765，P=0．018）。结论治疗性沟通系统能有效地缓解无陪护患者焦虑等症状，提升患者对护理工作满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of therapeutic communication on alleviating anxiety and satisfaction with nursing work in unaccompanied patients.Methods 120 patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random sampling,60 patients in each group.All the patients received routine care and general nurse-patient communication.Besides that,therapeutic communication was provided for the 60 patients in the experimental group.Results The anxiety score of patients in experimental group was (32.26 ±8.11 ),it was obviously lower than that in control group(t =3.425,P =0.003).There was statistically significant difference on satisfaction rate ( Z =3.765,P =0.018 ),it was higher in experimental group.Conclusions Therapeutic communication can effectively relieve patients,anxiety,and increase patient satisfaction. |
