| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨三踝骨折内固定手术治疗的方法和要点.方法 对58例患者采用Lauge-Hansen的分型法,采用闭合复位或切开复位内固定术.结果 采用Leeds疗效标准评估,结果满意.结论 三踝骨折治疗的关键是将倾斜移位的距骨复位并稳定于踝穴之中,恢复踝关节正常的解剖位置,该治疗方法创伤小,固定稳固,骨折愈合率高.

| Abstract: | Objective To research the method and key point on trimalleolar frcature.Method 58 cases were classified by Lauge-Hansen and by close or open reduction and internal fixation.Result The results were evaluated by Leeds score and satisfactory.Conclusion the key of the treatment on trimalleolar frcature is move inclination be apart from the bone to reset and stabilize in the ankle cave, recover the normal dissection position of the ankle joint. |
