| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低分子肝素钙与舒利迭联合吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的治疗价值。方法75例AECOPD病人随机分为低分子肝素钙加舒利迭(A)组和单用舒利迭(B)组,其余治疗相同。结果A组较B组在最大呼气流量(PEF)、症状计分、PaO2、PaCO2等方面差异有统计学意义(P0.05);同组病人治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P0.01);A组凝血酶原时间延长小于1倍,无出血现象。结论低分子肝素钙联合舒利迭吸入治疗AECOPD,安全、有效,具有推广价值。
