农村老年人抑郁症状及其影响因素的相关研究

目的了解农村老年人抑郁症状及其影响因素。方法选取唐山市所属县区农村老年人240例采用流调抑郁自评量表(CES-D)、健康自评量表进行问卷调查。结果农村老年人心理健康在有无躯体疾病、年龄、文化程度、有无配偶、家庭关系和睦与否、是否受家人尊重、有无讲心里话的家人等方面有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。农村老年人的健康总体状况处在中等水平(241.94±35.52);抑郁症状的出现较高。结论农村老年人的心理健康状况受年龄、文化程度、有无配偶、家庭关系和睦与否、是否受家人尊重、有无讲心里话家人的影响,良好的家庭关系能减少农村老年人抑郁症的发生。

Depression in Rural Elderly People and Its Influencing Factor

Objective To explore depression in elderly people in rural area of Tangshan and its influencing factor.Methods A total of 240 elderly people living in the counties of Tangshan were investigated with self-evaluation scale and CES-D.The data on demographic characteristics,living conditions and health were surveyed.Results ①Mental health of rural elderly people existed significant differences between different physical condition,age,educational level,spouse,family harmony,family members’ respect,family members speaking from the heart(P<0.05,P<0.01).②Overall health status of rural elderly was in the mid to upper level(241.94±35.52).③The prevalence of depressive symptoms was high.Conclusion Mental health status of rural elderly people is affected by age,educational level,spouse condition,family harmony,family members’ respect,family members’ speaking from the heart.Good family relationships can reduce the occurrence of psychological problems of the elderly.
