| 摘 要： | 目的:使用蛋白质组学技术对冠心病心血瘀阻证和心肾阴虚证这两种证候之间差异进行研究,以期找到两种证候间差异的物质基础并初步阐释两者差异的信号通路。方法:采集冠心病心血瘀阻证和心肾阴虚证病人的血浆,用荧光差异蛋白电泳(2D-DIGE)、质谱(MALDI-TOF)等蛋白质组学技术分析和鉴定两种证候间蛋白表达的变化,并用生物信息学方法对其涉及的主要信号通路进行分析。结果:蛋白组学研究发现冠心病心血瘀阻证和心肾阴虚证相比共有10种差异表达蛋白,其中7种表达上调,3种表达下调。涉及的通路主要有补体和凝血级联通路及阿尔兹海默症信号通路。结论:补体和凝血级联通路及阿尔兹海默症信号通路与冠心病心血瘀阻证和心肾阴虚证的中医分型有关,但需要进一步验证和机制研究。
