| 摘 要： | 系统评价中医疏肝和胃法治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:通过计算机检索在2000年1月—2010年3月近10年期间国内公开发表的有关中医疏肝和胃法治疗反流性食管炎的临床研究文献,按照纳入和排除标准进行文献筛选,对纳入的试验作系统评价。结果:检索到相关文献83篇,最终纳入评价的文献21篇。经Meta分析显示,单纯疏肝和胃法治疗RE与西医对比,两者总有效率存在显著差异(OR=3.02,95%CI为[2.14,4.26],合并效应的检验Z=6.31,P<0.00001),单纯疏肝和胃法治疗反流性食管炎优于西药对照组;疏肝和胃法联合西药治疗RE与西医对比,两者总有效率同样存在显著差异(OR=4.20,95%CI为[1.91,9.25],合并效应的检验Z=3.57,P<0.00001),疏肝和胃法联合西药治疗反流性食管炎优于西药对照组。结论:中医疏肝和胃法治疗反流性食管炎与西药治疗相比更具有优势。
