兔实验性形觉剥夺性近视的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨实验性兔形觉剥夺性近视的发生机理。方法 :应用缝合眼睑方法制成形觉剥夺近视模型 ,A超及彩色多普勒超声对眼球进行生物学测量 ,应用光镜和电镜对巩膜进行组织病理学研究。结果 :实验眼与对照眼的屈光度、眼轴长度、玻璃体腔深度和玻璃体深度 /眼轴长度、眼动脉阻力及血流流速差异有极显著性P <0 0 1,实验眼后极部巩膜胶原纤维细、排列紊乱、纤维层明显薄于对照眼。结论 :形觉剥夺能导致眼轴延长 ,其中玻璃体腔长度和玻璃体腔深度 /眼轴长度占主导地位为形觉剥夺性近视的形态学改变 ;眼球后极部巩膜胶原纤维的变细、变长及排列紊乱为病理学原因。近视眼中血液动力学异常客观存在。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the mechanism of form deprived myopia in rabbit.Methods:Form deprivation method was applied to establish the animal models of myopia by suturation eye-lid.The right eyes of fourteen-day of neonatal rabbits were monocular deprivation (MD).Respectively,the left eyes were employed as control groups.60 days later,data including refractive state,anterior chamber depth (ACD),lenticular thickness (LT),vitreous chamber length (VCL),axial length (AL),VCL/AL,ophthalmic artery resistance etc are obtained and analyzed.In the same time,pathologic changes were also observed.Results:VCL,AL,VCL/AL,were showed a significant difference between right and left eyes.The thickness of sclera and scleral collagen fibres of deprived eyes were thinner than undeprived ones.Ophthalmic artery resistance and ophthalmic artery blood stream velocity flow were showed a significant difference between right and left eyes.Conclusion:Form deprivation could cause myopia and induce axial elongation,longer vitreous chamber,higher VCL/AL,higher ophthalmic artery resistance and slower ophthalmic artery blood stream velocity flow.Thinner scleral fibre could play a crucial role in the onset of myopia.
