| 摘 要： | 介绍病人报告的结局(PRO)的含义、研究概况及其考评方法应用于中风病临床结局评价中的研究思路,并对中风病PRO量表研制的基本过程和原则进行了描述,认为PRO测评可作为中风病临床疗效评价的重要补充,其研究方法值得在多种慢性疾病的临床研究中推广应用。

| Abstract: | To introduce the implication,research overview and appraisal method of patient reported outcome being used in the clinical research of stroke.The basic process and principle of stroke-associated scale research was described in this article,the author think that PRO can be the important supplement of clinical therapeutic e ect evaluation of stroke.The study method of PRO is worth to extension and application in clinical research of other chronic disease. |
