| Abstract: | The incidence of pupillary involvement in ischemic oculomotor nerve palsy (IONP) was determined from a review of Mayo Clinic charts from 1944 to 1991, and a review of the literature from 1960 to May 1995. Approximately one fifth of IONPs may involve the pupil, rendering their clinical distinction from compressive lesions problematic. |
