耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌外膜蛋白研究进展

摘    要:近几年来,多重耐药或泛耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌已经在全球各地出现播散或暴发流行,并且耐药率也不断上升。世界各地都收集到对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌,呈暴发流行。鲍曼不动杆菌外膜蛋白对碳青霉烯类抗生素低渗透性参与了其耐药机制形成。现就耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌外膜蛋白的种类特点与耐药性的关系综述如下。

Abstract:A.baumannii is emerging as a cause of numerous global outbreaks, displaying ever-increasing rates of resistance. The emergence of carbapenems resistance in A. baumannii has becames global concern. Outer membrane protein permeability decreasement were the factors contributing to the resistance of A.baumannii. This review describes update on the study of resistance mechanism of outer membrane proteins of Acinetobacter baumannii to carbapenemase.
