摘    要:目的:推进大孔吸附树脂吸附分离技术在中药制备工艺中的应用。方法:分析大孔吸附树脂的化学结构及影响其吸附、分离的因素;全面介绍大孔吸附树脂在中药有效成分提取、纯化和复方中的应用。结果与结论:大孔吸附树脂分离技术是一项较新的分离技术,随着对其基础研究和应用研究的不断深入,其在中药及其复方制备工艺中将得到广泛的应用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To promote the application of the technology of foramen-magnum absorbent resins in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicines.METHODS:The chemical structures of foramen-magnum absorbent resins and the factors affecting absorbency and separation were analyzed.A thorough introduction was made on the application of foramen-magnum absorbent resins in extracting and purifying the effective compositions of Chinese medicines,and on that in the compound formulae of Chinese medicines.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The separation technology of foramen-magnum absorbent resins is a comparatively new technology in pharmaceutical separation.Its extensive application in the preparation of Chinese medicines and Chinese medicine compounds can be anticipated along with the ongoing advancement in related basic and applied researches.
