| 摘 要： | 蛋白质组学为结直肠癌的许多研究领域开拓了新的视野，表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱（SELDI—TOF—MS）技术推动了其在结直肠癌血清蛋白质组学研究中的应用。在针对结直肠癌早期诊断、判断分期、监测治疗效果等方面进行了积极的探索。随着这一技术的成熟，它对结直肠癌的诊断、治疗具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Proteomics opens new visions in many research fields of eolorectal cancer. The surface enhanced laser desorption ionization- time of flight- mass spectroscopy （ SELDI- TOF- MS） promotes its application in serum proteomics. Many positive pilot tests are done aiming at the early diagnosis, staging, monitoring re- sponse to treatment and etc. of colorectal cancer. As SELDI-TOF- MS is mature to use, it has a expansive perspective on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. |
