| 摘 要： | Kiss-1基因是与人类多种恶性肿瘤发生发展相关的肿瘤转移抑制基因，在恶性肿瘤的浸润和转移过程中发挥重要作用。Kiss-1基因与黑色素瘤、乳腺癌、胃癌、食管癌及分化型甲状腺癌等恶性肿瘤的转移密切相关，但其作用机制尚未完全清楚。通过检测恶性肿瘤患者肿瘤组织中Kiss-1基因的表达情况，将有助于恶性肿瘤患者的治疗和预后评估。

| Abstract: | Kiss- 1 gene is an anti-oncogene which is correlative with the genesis and progress of various human malignant tumors,it plays an important role in process of tumor invasion and metastasis. Kiss-1 gene is associated closely with metastasis of melanoma, breast cancer, gastric carcinoma, esophageal cancer and differen- tiated thyroid carcinoma and so on, but the mechanism is not fully elucidated. Therefore,the detection of Kiss-1 gene expression will be valuable for the treatment and prognosis of malignant tumor. |
