摘    要:目的 探讨利用数字化影像处理工作站对乳腺不可触及病变的一种定位方法.方法 对22例钼靶X 线片有可疑病灶而未扪及者行乳腺计算机X线摄影(CR)或在GE Senovision 工作站行直接数字化影像采集,经过影像处理工作站分别在轴位和侧位测量病灶距乳头中轴线的垂直距离,并相应标记其在乳房皮肤表面的交点,手术切除该点周围乳腺组织并摄片以证实病灶是否完全切除.结果 22例患者中,20例一次性切除病灶,2例行扩大范围二次手术;其中恶性病变6例,良性病变16例.结论 利用数字化影像处理工作站进行乳腺不可触及病变的定位是一种简便、快捷和较准确的定位方法,能提高乳腺癌的早期检出率及诊断准确性.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the method of breast localization using digital imaging workstations for non-palpable breast lesions(NPBL).Methods Twenty-two cases of suspicious non-palpable lesions on mammograms were performed computed radiography or direct acquisition of digital images at GE Senovision workstation,the point of intersection of two lines drawed from the lesion to axis line in mediolateral and craniocaudal mammograms was marked on breast skin correspondingly,the radiography of the surround excised breast tissue of the point was utilized to proved whether the whole lesion was excised.Results Among the 22 cases,20 cases were operated only for one time and the other two also were performed operation for the second time.There were 6 cases of breast cancer and 16 cases of benign breast lesion.Conclusion The localization method using digital imaging workstations for non-palpable breast lesions,is a simple,quick and accurate way,which can improve detecing early tumors and increasing the precision.
