| 摘 要： | 目的探讨introducer法胃造瘘术的应用优点。方法于恩平市人民医院收治需要造瘘患者共25例,A组10例,B组10例,C组14例。比较3组的治疗效果。结果 C组并发症高于A、B组,B组高于A组。3组在并发症比较上差异有统计学意义;C组手术时间高于A、B组,B组高于A组。在手术时间上差异也具有统计学意义结论经皮内视镜下introducer法胃造瘘术优点很多,可减少并发症,缩短手术时间,值得临床推广。
