肺癌外科治疗258例临床经验总结

目的探讨外科手术治疗肺癌的效果及生存率分析。方法采用回顾性分析在新乡医学院第一附属医院接受外科手术治疗的258例肺癌患者临床资料,通过统计分析其手术切除率、围手术期的病死率、术后并发症发生率、1年生存率及5年生存率。结果手术切除率为95.7%,围手术期的病死率为2.3%,术后并发症的发生率为10.1%,1年生存率为80.7%,5年生存率为26.9%。结论外科手术是肺癌治疗的首选方法,通过术前的评估来选择合适的手术方式,能够提高肺癌的手术切除率及患者的生存率。

Clinical Experience of Surgical Treatment of 258 Cases of Lung Cancer
