鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床疗效观察

目的分析探讨鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床疗效。方法株洲市一医院收治的鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者60例,采用鼻内镜下手术切除治疗的临床资料,分析疗效。结果对60例患者术后随访24~50个月,54例患者痊愈,6例复发,其中Ⅲ期4例,Ⅱ期2例,没有恶变病例,复发率为10.0%。结论鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤切除术,在鼻内镜下手术切除,只要操作者能够掌握好手术适应症,根据病变范围选择适当的手术方案,准确判断肿瘤的原发部位、侵犯范围,彻底切除病变部位,术后定期随访,就能达到有效治疗同时可有效预防复发。

Clinical Curative Effects of Endoscopic Surgery Nasal Sinus Inerted Papilloma

Objective To analysis nasal endoscopic sinus surgery inerted papilloma clinical curative effect.Methods The nasal sinus were tifert inerted papilloma patients by 60 cases,surgical excision endoscopic treatment of clinical data,this paper has analysed curative effect.Results Postoperative follow-up of 60 patients with 24 ~ 50 months,54 patients recovered,6 patients relapse,including Ⅲ stage 4 cases,Ⅱ period 2 cases,no malignant transformation cases,the recurrence rate 10.0%.Conclusion Nasal sinus inerted papilloma resection,and surgical resection in endoscopic approach,as long as the operator can grasp the surgical indications,according to choose appropriate surgical disease extent accurate judgement of the tumor scheme,and primary site,infringe range,thoroughly diseased parts,postoperative regularly,can achieve effective treatment and can effectively prevent recurrence.
