| 摘 要： | 目的观察布地奈德联玩合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法将217例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组133例和对照组84例,两组均给予综合治疗,对照组加行静脉滴注地塞米松及氨茶碱,观察组加行布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及治疗后症状减轻或消失的时间。结果观察组显效率73.7%,总有效率96.2%;对照组显效率51.1%,总有效率80.9%,观察组显效率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组症状、体征消失时间及住院天数均显著短于对照组(P<0.01),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效肯定,副作用少,值得临床推广。
