| 摘 要： | 医疗器械的不正确选择、管理和使用导致医疗费用的显著增加已经引起各国的广泛关注,2010年由世界卫生组织（WHO）组织的第一届全球医疗器械论坛针对医疗器械使用管理中的几个问题开展了广泛的讨论．文中对讨论的几个焦点问题进行了综述。

| Abstract: | The improper selection,management or use of medical devices may lead to a disproportionate rise in the cost of healthcare,which has concerned many countries.Some perspectives of management in the use of medical device have been widely discussed in 1st global forum on medical devices held by the World Health Organization on Thailand in 2010.This paper presents some main perspectives about this. |
