| 摘 要： | 目的探讨DSA定位下食管支架植入术的临床疗效。方法 56例晚期食管癌患者在DSA定位下行食管支架植入术,观察支架植入情况,评判支架植入后患者的吞咽困难程度,随访观察食管癌患者的存活率。结果 56例患者共植入支架67枚,54例放置位置准确无误,1次植入成功率为96.4%。患者吞咽症状明显缓解或消失,术后当天即可进流质饮食,吞咽困难分级,Ⅰ级36例,Ⅱ级20例。支架植入有效率为100%。术后患者胸骨后疼痛26例(46.4%);出血14例(25%);发热8例(14.3%);胃食管反流4例(7.1%);支架移位2例(3.6%,向上移位);再狭窄2例(3.6%)。经2~36个月的随访,7例患者仍存活。结论 DSA定位下食管支架植入术操作简便、创伤小、一次植入成功率高,术后患者可经口进食,生存质量得到了改善。
